Our aim is to provide engineering and technical services to our region, once only available from consulting firms in Denver, Minneapolis and Billings. Our staff brings their career experience working for large international companies on assignments in Chicago, Greater New York and on the Gulf Coast back to the upper midwest including at multiple Fortune 500 companies.
Our team of chemical, civil, mechanical, electrical and environmental engineers plus various types of environmental scientists are native to the region, with decades of experience working with local regulatory agencies. All are permanent staff, not subcontractors or academics/retirees with their own consulting practice. Staff turnover is low, so our clients benefit from a stable group of consultants and typically work with the same personnel on subsequent projects.
We maintain our proficiency by regularly attending seminars sponsored by national professional associations including American Petroleum Institute (API), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), and the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA). Continuing education requirements are also met through state and regional universities and other insitutions of higher learning.
Keitu holds itself to a standard as a socially conscious business, actively supporting organizations involved in math and science education and youth activities in our community. Our employees volunteer in a range of events and encourage all our employees to participate their communities.
Our commitment to safety is recognized by the ND Energy Coalition on Contractor Safety (ECCS). Our company's safety policies have been reviewed and approved for completeness. Our field employees regularly attend the OSHA 10-hour safety training and participate in routine and random drug testing.
